One of the largest prides of lions in the sabi sands, the southern pride almost always have tiny new additions somewhere around. At present they fair 18 strong including one large male left out of a coalition of 2. The time spent viewing and observing the new cubs is something that surely could never get old. On this particular morning I was fortunate enough to have one of the cubs interact with its mother .Her cub looks on in amazement at the impressive set of teeth she has.

Its always amazing to watch how tactile and close nit the bond between a mother and her cub is.
